Cancellation Policy

Your commitment to treatment is an essential element in its success and in monitoring progress. When you agree to commence treatment the same time slot will be reserved for you. Sessions cancelled with less than 7 days’ notice will be charged at the full rate. A reduced ‘holding’ fee of 50% will be applied in the case of anticipated absences such as planned holidays and work commitments.

There will be regular breaks in the treatment at typical UK holiday times such as Easter, school summer holidays, Christmas and Bank Holidays for which you will not be charged.
